Bettina Lechner

newhouse new media was founded as "Train-IT" in Vienna 11 years ago. Founder and owner is Bettina Lechner. Her studies at the Fachakademie für Angewandte Informatik (Academy for Applied Computer Sciences) and several business coach training courses formed the basic know-how for starting her own business. Right from the start, her company had specialised in IT training; OMV, Kika and Leiner were among the clients. Two years of first-level help desk support at OMV followed. In 2000, Train-IT moved to Neuhaus and became "newhouse new media".
The fields of activities within IT extends permanently: E-business consulting and project management at emotions AG; in 2005 for ICS (Internet Consulting Systems). Bettina Lechner managed large-scale projects for e.g. the Kammer für Arbeiter und Angestellte (working chamber), Vienna; the Austrian Central Bank; the logistics enterprise ECO_LOG..., was a director at the famous iCircles and produced short film portraits which were shown at the events.
In addition to being active in web design and as IT trainer, Bettina Karena Lechner writes specialist books on image processing and web design (CSS).

In her spare time, Bettina Lechner loves to jog, free climb and mountaineer.
